Payment Methods

• Accepted Payment Methods:
PayPal (International, PH), BDO Bank Transfer (PH), GCash and Maya (PH)

Payment must be made within 24 hours after placing an order.

For Bank Transfer and E-Wallet transaction, send your proof of payment to clu.artstudio@gmail.com with your Order Number, or reply on the Order Confirmation email.

• Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Currency

All payments are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Please note that conversion or service charge may apply via PayPal.

Import Tax/Duties

Please be advised that we do not charge tax rates and we are not responsible for any duties/taxes/import fees to your country. This will be at your expense if needed.

Shipping

Local Orders (Philippines)

We ship orders every day except weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

  • Standard Delivery
  1. Carriers: Gogo Xpress and/or J&T Express.
  2. Delivery time: 2–3 days (Metro Manila), 4–7 days (provincial areas) after ship out.
  • Next Day Delivery (Metro Manila only)
  1. Available weekdays only.
  2. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
  3. You will receive a Pick-Up Notice via email with booking details once your order is ready.
  4. Customers must book and shoulder their own delivery service for pick-up.

International Orders (outside the Philippines)

  • We ship worldwide through local forwarders (MyKartero or Inline Forwarder).
  • Shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply in your country.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–6 weeks, depending on your location.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please provide your complete and accurate address to avoid failed delivery or lost parcels.

Cancellation/Return/Refund

Cancellation

  • No cancellations once your order has been paid and processed.
  • Orders may only be canceled if payment has not been made or the item is not yet processed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
1. The item is unavailable or out of stock
2. Payment is not completed

Return/Refund

1. All sales are final.

2. Partial refunds are only allowed for incomplete & incorrect orders.clear unboxing video (starting from the unopened parcel showing the waybill until the items are revealed) is required. Please provide clear photos of the parcel/items for verification.

3. We are not liable for damages during shipment, lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect details, or changes of address. In these cases, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

4. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
